important part of qualifying any candidate is our in-depth
reference checks. The questions we want to answer are: How
is the candidate viewed by his or her peers, subordinates,
vendors, competitors, and past or present contacts. The
VinMar in-depth reference checks are far more difficult
and time-consuming to conduct than the standard reference
checks, and they must be performed with the utmost discretion.
These checks are much more valuable and revealing than the
standard reference checks, which typically are conducted
with the intention of extracting only the positive attributes
of the candidate. Our reference checks are designed to reveal
all significant strengths and weaknesses. On more than one
occassion, we have uncovered caveats associated with candidates
that would have otherwise gone undetected, until it was
too late.
Our
standard set of background checks is conducted by professional
investigators and include Verification of Educational Credentials,
Credit History, Motor Vehicle Record, Social Security Number
Verification, Federal and State Civil Court Records, County,
State and Federal District Criminal Conviction Records,
Verification of Professional Licenses and Workers Compensation
History.
